WHO YOU ARE
You are a self-guided and energetic individual. You have knowledge of IT/communications tools and its benefits to a business. You are articulate, you enjoy building business relationships, and you are a problem solver. Ideally you have previous sales experience in visual communication, but the key to your success at Videonor will be your personal characteristics.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor degree preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a Senior Sales role & proven success
- 5+ years of enterprise sales
- Ability to define & execute own performance targets, fulfill customer expectations, and be able to take on the role as a trusted advisor to customers
KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS
- Strategically target, prospect, and acquire Small and Medium sized enterprise companies with employees selling Videonor’s solutions
- Build quality relationships with new and existing partners as Videonor resellers
- Achieve and/or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets & KPIs
- Management of the sales process, complete understanding of the business, buying and decision-making process of an organization
- Maintain a consistent high level of prospecting activity in order to ensure daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are met and/or exceeded
- Independently manage the entire sales cycle
- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce
- Create client presentations, proposals and client reports
- Effectively work across all departments to support clients
- Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients
